What's covered, what's not.
Manufacturing defects
Component failure, audio dropouts, charging faults, defective batteries, camera sensor or motor issues — anything that's a fault out of the box or develops under normal use during the 12-month period.
Premature battery degradation
If your earbuds or camera battery drops below 70% of stated capacity within 12 months under normal use, that's a warranty issue. Contact us.
Accidental damage & misuse
Drop damage, water damage beyond the product's IP rating, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear (such as ear tips or charging cables), or damage caused by improper installation are not covered.
