Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Watches — PTZ motor covers 355° horizontally and 100° vertically. PIR sensing plus AI human-shape detection out to 12m, so you get alerts for people rather than every passing branch.

Talks — two-way audio through a 3W speaker, with a microphone that picks up to 20m. Tell someone they're on camera without leaving the sofa.

Stores — microSD up to 128GB locally, or cloud storage for alarm events. No subscription required to view your camera or use the app.
