Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lynknanos@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Not for you if — you're covering land, a gate at the end of a long drive, or anywhere without Wi-Fi. Choose one of our 4G models instead. If you need longer night range, the Pro model reaches 30m against this one's 20m.

Watches — pans 355° and tilts 100°, so one camera covers what a fixed lens can't. PIR sensing plus AI human-shape detection to 12m means alerts for people, not passing cats.

Talks — two-way audio, 3W speaker, microphone picking up to 20m.

Stores — microSD to 128GB, or cloud storage for alarm events. No subscription required.
