These camouflaged, solar-powered 4G trail cameras send alerts from the field over their own LTE connection — a nano SIM comes in the box with 100MB of trial data, and afterwards you top up in the app or use your own US carrier's nano-SIM. The 4MP model lists US bands B2/B4/B5/B12/B13/B25/B26.
At night they stay invisible: 940nm no-glow infrared reaches out to 25m with no faint red shine to spook wildlife or warn anyone off. Detection is PIR plus AI motion to 12m across 95°, and the 4MP model wakes in 0.2 seconds — capturing before the animal has crossed the frame. Both shoot 2560×1440 (2K) video at 15fps; the 3MP model adds built-in GPS, so you know if the camera itself ever moves.
Power is a 4W–6W solar panel with a 3× 18650 battery pack, in an IP66 housing rated from −30°C to +60°C — rain, snow and dust included. Recordings stay on a microSD card up to 128GB (not included), with optional cloud for alarm events and no subscription required. Do I need a cellular plan?
A nano SIM ships in the box with 100MB of trial data — a setup allowance, not a data plan. Afterwards, top up inside the app or fit your own nano-SIM from AT&T, T-Mobile or any US carrier. The 4MP model lists US bands B2/B4/B5/B12/B13/B25/B26.
What is the real detection range?
Motion detection is PIR plus AI to 12m across a 95° arc. The 25m figure is night-vision reach — how far the 940nm infrared can illuminate a scene, not how far the camera wakes on movement.
How does the battery cope in cold weather?
Each camera runs a 3× 18650 battery pack topped up by its solar panel (4W on the 3MP, 6W on the 4MP) and is rated for −30°C to +60°C in an IP66 weatherproof housing.
What is image quality like at night?
